ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Free WLAN.
• A local tax of €2.80 per person per night will be charged for all guests over the age of 14. This tax is not included in the price.
• The prices are per person and day including breakfast.
• Unfortunately, it is not possible to confirm a specific room number or floor.
• In case of allergies or special dietary requirements, we are happy to prepare vegan, gluten-free or lactose-free meals on request. Extra charge of €10 per day.
• Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or in the swimming and sauna areas; €12 per day without meals.
• Payments can be made in Euros or credit/debit card.
• Cash payments made upon arrival receive a 2% discount.
• All prices and offers have been carefully checked.

CANCELLATIONS

It’s a pity when rooms remain vacant when they could have been enjoyed by others. On the other hand, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. We kindly request that you inform us of any changes in a timely manner. We try to be as understanding as possible.

• No cancellation fees are charged for cancellations made more than 6 weeks before check-in.
• 70% of the holiday price is charged between 6 and 2 weeks before check-in.
• 90% of the holiday price is charged within the last 2 weeks before check-in.
• In the event of early departure, an additional 3 days will be charged.
